How it works

From checkout to recurring billing

Payezz covers the whole cycle: no spreadsheets, no manual charges and no stitching five tools together.

01

Storefront and checkout

Customers pick a plan, billing cycle and location in a store that’s yours: your domain, your logo and your copy. Prices, cycle discounts and coupons are set in the panel, without touching a single file.

  • Plans, cycles, locations and coupons you can edit live
  • Cycle discounts at whatever percentage you choose
  • Title, description and SEO copy editable page by page
The Hierro plan in a Payezz store: Recommended badge, monthly or yearly cycle, €6.00 a month including tax, 4 GB of memory, 200% CPU, 30 GB of disk and the order button.
02

Payment and invoice

The customer pays by card and the invoice is issued on the spot, with its series, sequential numbering and the right VAT. The PDF and the email go out with your brand, not ours.

  • Your own series and sequential numbering per instance
  • VAT calculated by country and customer type
  • PDF and email with your logo and your store’s name
Invoice F-2026-0503 in the Payezz panel: paid, issuer and recipient, the Hierro monthly line, a €4.96 tax base, 21% tax of €1.04 and a €6.00 total.
03

Automatic provisioning

As soon as the payment is confirmed, the matching module creates the service and hands over the credentials. No waiting, and no need for you to be there.

  • Manual mode with a notification, if you’d rather review each order
  • A Pterodactyl module, and a generic webhook for everything else
  • Suspend, unsuspend and cancel from the same place

Renewals and dunning

Payezz sends a notice before renewal, charges on the due date and retries if the payment fails. Suspension and cancellation follow your rules, not ours.

  • Reminders and retries on your own schedule

  • Instant unsuspension as soon as the payment lands

These timings are just an example: each instance sets its own from the panel.

The billing and provisioning engine behind Payezz has been running in production for years at GamzyHost, our own team’s game hosting company. Payezz generalizes it for any provider, with Spanish invoicing rebuilt from scratch.

Your instance, and you’re the one editing it

Payezz isn’t a template with your logo slapped on top. It’s a whole instance you reshape from the panel: pages, SEO, code and modules, without opening a file editor or waiting on support.

Visual editor

Build pages from blocks: drag sections in, reorder them and change copy, colors, fonts and logo. What you see in the editor is what your store publishes.

SEO from the panel

Title, description and canonical per page. Open Graph for social, schema.org structured data, automatic sitemap and robots, and 301 redirects whenever you change a URL.

Your code, your rules

Drop in your own HTML, CSS and JavaScript: analytics scripts, conversion pixels and custom styles. With saved versions and rollback if something breaks.

Your brand

Your domain with HTTPS, your colors and your logo. Emails go out under your store’s name and replies come straight to you. Invoices carry your tax details, not ours.

Provisioning modules

Pterodactyl, plus a generic webhook to connect your own panel and manual provisioning with a notification for everything else. Enabled and configured product by product.

An isolated instance per customer

Your database and your files aren’t shared with anyone. Connections are encrypted and secrets are stored encrypted.

  • Your own database
  • Its own process, isolated from the rest
  • Encrypted in transit, secrets encrypted

Build it yourself, or build it with Payezz

The same five jobs as always. On the left, how they get done when you build billing yourself; on the right, what Payezz takes off your plate.

Doing it yourself

You bring the server, the code, the updates and the hours.

  • Setup

Weeks integrating Stripe, building invoices and laying out the client area.

  • Invoicing

Spreadsheets and hand-kept numbering, with the risk of breaking the series or getting VAT wrong.

  • Payments

You chase failed payments one email at a time and decide by hand whose service to cut.

  • Provisioning

You create every server by hand when an order comes in, and the customer waits until you’re around.

  • Maintenance

You update the server, the security patches and the dependencies every time a new version ships.

With Payezz

You bring your brand and your prices. Everything else comes built and maintains itself.

  • Setup

Pick a domain, connect your gateway and your store is live. Minutes, not weeks.

  • Invoicing

Sequential series, VAT and credit notes handled automatically, with a PDF invoice ready for the customer.

  • Payments

Automatic reminders, payment retries and suspension, following rules you set.

  • Provisioning

The module creates the service as soon as the payment is confirmed, at any hour.

  • Maintenance

Your instance updates itself and we take care of the server.

How to read the table: a check means included out of the box, and a dash means it doesn’t come built in. “Manual” means it’s done by editing files or by hand; “extension”, that it exists through a third-party module; “coming soon”, that it’s planned but not usable yet.

What the others do better: Paymenter is free, open-source software. You can read its code, modify it and host it wherever you like without paying for a license or depending on us, and Payezz doesn’t give you that. It also has a community extension catalog that covers many of the boxes shown here with a dash, and its provisioning has been running for years. WHMCS has the largest module ecosystem in the industry, so almost any unusual integration you might need already exists for it.

Competitor prices checked in September 2026; they may change. WHMCS ranges from $34.95 to $84.95/mo depending on the number of clients, and Blesta starts at $17.95/mo. Many of the boxes marked with a dash can be covered on competing platforms with extensions, paid modules or in-house development.

Use cases

Who Payezz is for

Three ways to sell hosting and services. Underneath, always the same billing engine; on top, whichever provisioning module each one needs, or none at all.

Game hosting

Minecraft, FiveM, Rust or Palworld. Payezz talks to your panel: it creates the server when the payment clears and suspends it when the invoice is overdue.

  • Pterodactyl integration: automatic creation, suspension and deletion
  • Stock per node and location, with “sold out” shown in the store
  • Plan changes with proration calculated on the current cycle
  • Suspension for non-payment with a configurable grace period

Built on an engine already billing in production

Payezz grew out of the billing engine that has been running for years at GamzyHost, our own team’s game hosting company, with Spanish invoicing rebuilt from scratch to get it right.

Web hosting and VPS

Shared hosting, reseller accounts and virtual machines, with their renewals on the same account. Each order goes out over a signed webhook to your panel, or you activate it by hand with a notification.

  • Provisioning over a signed webhook, with your own adapter in front of the panel
  • Domains and renewals: notice, charge and term extension
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles, with longer-term discounts
  • VAT invoices, sequential numbering and the customer’s tax details

Server, domain and add-ons on a single invoice

Everything due on the same day is grouped and charged together, with no scattered one-off charges.

Digital services and agencies

Subscriptions, retainers and maintenance plans. When there’s nothing to provision, Payezz sticks to what matters: charging every month and giving the customer one place to check.

  • Recurring billing by card and SEPA direct debit
  • Retainers and hour packs as products with their own cycle
  • Client area with invoices, receipts and payment methods
  • No provisioning module: switch it off and it stays out of the way

Billing without servers in the middle

No external panel to connect: you set up each service yourself from the panel whenever you need to.

A Stripe account and not much else. Payezz is a hosted service: you don’t install anything, rent a server or keep up with updates. Pick a subdomain, connect the payment gateway, add your products and you’re ready to charge. If you want your own domain, we set it up for you. We take care of the server and the patches too.
